Registration and Login
Q) Do I need to register or log in to place an order?
A) No. You only need to register and log in if you wish to use the forums, or if you wish
to have your shipping information stored to avoid having to enter it every time you place an
order through our website.
Q) I registered before on the old site. Do I need to register again?
A) Yes. We are unable to migrate existing login information to the new database due to
Q) I've lost my password. Can you recover my password?
A) Due to privacy regulations, we are unable to recover lost passwords. If, after you have
attempted to reset your password through our automated system, you are still unable to log in,
send an email to forum administrator.
The administrator will not be able to recover your password, but will be able to delete your
profile to allow you to re-register.
Q) I've recently placed an order. When will the order be shipped?
A) We pack and ship orders daily, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 8:00 AM CDT will
usually be packed and shipped same day if inventory is available. We will contact you if there
are any unexpected delays in processing your order.
Q) Why can't I view the website on my phone or other mobile device?
A) We do not support mobile devices at this time, but may choose to do so in the future based on demand.
